About CoastalLIFE Program
CoastalLIFE is an individualized, residential, non-degree program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program provides supports in the following areas:
- Academic Instruction: Tailored learning experiences
- Career Education: Training for real-world skills
- Independent Living: Support for daily activities
- Community Engagement: Encouraging involvement

Race Information
- 5K Start: 7:00am (chip timed)
- 1 Mile Start: 7:05am (self-timed)
- Kids' Dash: 8:05am (self-timed)
- Course Restrictions: No animals or wheeled devices are permitted.
Race Swag
- Participant Shirt: Available for all races (while supplies last)
- Custom Medal: For every participant
- Race Bib: Provided to all runners
- Virtual Swag: Mailed within 2 weeks post-race
Registration
- Availability: Registration is only available online
- Closing: Closes Sunday, March 29 at 5:45am
Packet Pickup Information
- Saturday: March 28 from 2:00-3:30pm at Native Sons (1519 Executive Ave, MB)
- Sunday: March 29 from 6:00-6:45am at Indoor Practice Facility across from Brooks Stadium

- Masters Awards: Overall Male and Female 1st place

- No Awards: For 1 Mile or Kids' Dash
