📚 About CoastalLIFE Program
CoastalLIFE is an individualized, residential, non-degree program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program provides supports in the following areas:
- Academic Instruction
- Career Education and Training
- Independent Living
- Social and Community Engagement
📅 Race Information
- 5K Start: 8:00am (chip timed)
- 1 Mile Start: 8:10am (self-timed)
- Kids' Dash: 9:10am (self-timed)
- Course Rules: No water stop: animals and wheeled devices prohibited, resulting in disqualification.
- Awards: Gun timing for overall awards: chip timing for age group awards.
- Post-race: Snacks and water available.
🎽 Race Swag
- Participant Shirt: Available for all races (while supplies last)
- Custom Medal: Made in the USA for all races
- Race Bib: Provided for all participants
- Virtual Swag: Mailed within 2 weeks post race
📝 Registration
- Online Only: Registration available only through the website
- Registration Deadline: Closes on Sunday, March 29 at 6:45am
📦 Packet Pickup
- Saturday: March 28 from 2:00-3:30pm at Native Sons (1519 Executive Ave, MB)
- Sunday: March 29 from 7:00-7:45am at Brooks Stadium near the finish line
🚗 Parking
- Locations: Brooks Stadium and surrounding lots
🚻 Restrooms
- Facilities: Available at Brooks Football Stadium
🏆 Awards/Recognition
- Overall Awards: Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
- Masters Awards: Male and Female 1st place
- Age Groups: Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in various categories from 0-10 to 80+
- No Awards: Given for 1 Mile or Kids' Dash
