Join NS PROMOS/Run Myrtle Beach for the 3rd ANNUAL CoastalLIFE 5K! We've also added in a Virtual option for those unable to join us in person. The race will be exclusively on the campus of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC! We are excited to partner with CoastalLIFE and look forward to a great event for everyone!

🎓 About CoastalLIFE Program
CoastalLIFE is an individualized, residential, non-degree program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program provides supports in the following areas:
- Academic Instruction
- Career Education and Training
- Independent Living
- Social and Community Engagement
The program's philosophy is founded on inclusion, integration, and individualization based on each student's interests and support needs. CoastalLIFE students have access to opportunities offered to other CCU students such as participation in CCU courses, on-campus housing, student organizations, sporting events, work study, and commencement.

🏁 Race Information
- Chip Timed: 8:00am 5K Start
- Self-Timed: 8:10am 1 Mile Start
- No water stop: on course
- Welcome: Runners and walkers are all WELCOME!
- Disqualifications: No animals or wheeled devices allowed on the race course.
- Awards: Gun timing used for overall awards and chip timing for age group awards.
- Post Race: Snacks and water provided.
🎽 Race Swag
- Participant Shirt: Available for all races (while supplies last)
- Custom Medal: Made in the USA for all races
- Race Bib: Provided for all races
- Virtual Swag: Mailed within 2 weeks post race
📝 Registration
- Online Only: Registration is only available online
- Closing: Registration closes Sunday, March 29 at 6:45am
📦 Packet Pickup Information
- Saturday: March 28 from 2:00-3:30pm at Native Sons (1519 Executive Ave, MB)
- Sunday: March 29 from 7:00-7:45am at Brooks Stadium near the finish line
🚗 Parking
- Brooks Stadium and surrounding lots
🚻 Restrooms
- Available at Brooks Football Stadium
🏆 Awards/Recognition (5K only)
- Overall Male and Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
- Masters Male and Female: 1st place
- Age Groups: Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in various age brackets
- No Awards: for 1 Mile or Kids' Dash
