🌊 Race Overview

The River Ridge 5k was created in memory of River Scantland, the beloved son of Camp Tipton directors, Noah and Isabella Scantland. Though River’s time on earth was brief, his life serves as a powerful reminder of God’s love, faithfulness, and the lasting impact one life can have.

🏕️ Purpose of the Event

• Location: Camp Tipton trail system, 933 Walker School Road, Maryville, TN.
• Goals: The event provides scholarships to families in need by covering up to 50% of camp registration costs as funds allow.
• Impact: Funds support children’s experiences of adventure, community, and love at camp.
• Date: October 11, 2025.
