🎽 Packet Pick Up

• Early Pickup: Wednesday, April 29, 5pm-7pm at Runner’s Market in Bearden
• Race Day Pickup: 6:15am-7:45am

💵 Registration & Entry Fee

• Early Bird Pricing: $25 until January 31
• Registration Fees: $30 from February 1 - April 8
• Late Registration: $35 from April 9 - April 26
• Race Day Registration: $40

👕 T-shirts

• Type: Unisex sized t-shirts for registrants
• Distribution: Pre-registered runners receive shirts at early packet pick up or race day
• Policy: New shirt policy for registrations after April 21, while supplies last
• Alternative: Select "No Tee, Plant a Tree" option during registration

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Top 3 Overall, age groups, and specialty categories
• Master Awards: For ages 40+, 50+, and 60+

🏅 Grand Prix Points Team Competition

• Eligibility: Must be a member of KTC and volunteer for 3 races
• Awards: Points awarded in various categories
• Recognition: Top 10 men and women recognized in the Grand Prix series

🥤 Post Race Refreshments

• Offerings: Assorted refreshments provided post race in the event tent

📜 Race Etiquette

• Restrictions: No roller blades, strollers, bicycles, or dogs allowed on the course
• Time Limit: 5K course closes in 1 hour and 15 minutes
• Headphones: Discouraged during events
