About Ann Higginbotham

• Legacy: Ann Higginbotham was a dedicated educator in Campbell County and Middlesboro City Schools.
• Memorial Fund: Proceeds benefit the Ann Higginbotham Memorial Scholarship Fund for students at Campbell County High School and Anderson County High School.
• Impact: Raised funds will support students in honor of Ann's contributions and her fight against ovarian cancer.
• Community Awareness: The event promotes ovarian cancer awareness, highlighting its silent yet deadly nature.

Race Course Details

• Starting Point: The race begins at Anderson County High School, in the parking lot near the library.
• Course Description: The 5K course winds through the parking lot, heads left onto Charles G. Seivers Boulevard toward Clinton, and includes a turnaround point at 1.55 miles.
• Distance: Total distance for the run is 3.1 miles, making it a challenging course.
• Challenge: This course is not for the faint of heart—it's a BEAST!

• Masters: 1 deep Male/Female Master-Grandmaster-Veteran
• Age Groups: 3 deep Male/Female Age Groups include 1-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
