📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Pre-Packet Pickup: Friday, Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Robertson County Family YMCA.
• Race Day Packet Pick-up: 7:00-8:00 a.m. at the Race Site.
• Family 1K Run: 8:00 a.m.
• 10K Starts: 8:20 a.m. *Cut off time of 1.5 hours.
• 5K Starts: 8:30 a.m.
• Awards: 9:30 a.m.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Male & Female based on gun time.
• Masters (40+): Top 1 Male & Female.
• Grand Masters (50+): Top 1 Male & Female.
• Category Prize Claim: Participants may only claim a prize in one category.

T-Shirt Distribution

• Complimentary T-Shirts: Participants will receive a free t-shirt on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Size Availability: Sizes are not guaranteed.
• Post-Race Pickup: Those who register beginning Nov. 21 must pick up their shirt after their race.

🌧️ Weather Policy

• Event Rain or Shine: We expect our event to happen regardless of the weather.
• Participant Safety: The Race Director may delay or cancel the event in case of severe weather.
• No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions.
