Tired of the traditional 5K that benefits another organization? Well we got a treat for you. The Lung Run is more than a race—it’s a movement to a brighter future and way for you to get out &: get active with family &: friends. This endurance event brings together runners, walkers, and supporters to raise awareness for adults living with cystic fibrosis. Every mile reflects the grit it takes to breathe through life with CF—and every step pushes forward the fight for better care, family-building support, and a life without limits.

• Date: December 14, 2025
• Time: 9 AM - 12 PM
• Location: 201 Fenton Gateway Dr, Cary, NC
• Course: The race course is setup around Wake Med Soccer Park with the start and finish leaving from Fenton in Cary.
