- 8K Course: Beautiful Capital Trail with scenic views from miles 2-4
- 2 Mile Course: Service Rd. paralleling Jamestown Rd to Landfall and back
- Awards: Top three men and women overall: age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, and more
- Competitive Walk: Awards for top three males and females
Post-Race Amenities
- Food: Hot slice of pizza and other refreshments for all participants
- Beer: Complimentary Alewerks Beer for those of legal drinking age
- Entertainment: DJ Dreux provides after-race music and entertainment
Community Support
- Food Donation: Participants are asked to donate 35 lbs. of non-perishable food
- Goal: To donate 10,000 lbs. of food
- Beneficiaries: Salvation Army, House of Mercy, Fish, Grove Christian Outreach, and St. Olafs
- Drop-off: Items can be dropped off at the store or at the race
