Pre-Packet Pickup

• Location: 4136 S Carrier Pkwy, Suite 540, Grand Prairie, TX 75052
• Date: Thursday, April 16th
• Time: 3 PM - 6 PM
• Race Day Pickup: 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM at Mike Lewis Park

Volunteer Opportunities

• Aid Station: Provide water and keep the course clean.
• Course Monitor: Maintain safety by guiding participants.

• Encouragement: Bring signs and cheer on runners!

Awards

• Overall Awards: Male and Female Overall winners.
• Top 3: Awards for Male and Female in age categories.
• Age Categories: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy: Events proceed rain or shine, with no-refund policy.
• Weather Delays: Start time may be delayed under extreme conditions.
• Event Modification: Changes at the discretion of the Race Director for safety reasons.
• Virtual Race: If unable to participate, packets can still be received to run on your own time.
