• Fundraising: This event raises essential funds for ongoing projects and campaigns.

Race Day Details

• Event Opens: 8:00 AM
• T-shirt Cutoff: April 1st
• Registrants: First 200 registrants will receive a party bag!
• Packet Pickup: Location: Just Love Coffee, April 16th from 3 PM to 6 PM.

• Location: Mike Lewis Park, 2410 N Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX
• Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
• Volunteers: Opportunities available to help with water stations and course monitoring.

Awards

• Categories: Male and Female Overall awards.
• Top Finishers: Top 3 Male and Female in various age groups.
• Age Groups: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79+

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Policy: All events occur rain, shine, or snow, with a strict no-refund policy.
• Safety: Events may be delayed or altered for safety due to extreme weather.
• Cancellations: Left to the discretion of the Race Director for safety concerns.
• Alternative Options: Participants can receive packets and run the race virtually if unable to attend.
