5K on the Beach

🏖️ Race Overview

On Friday, July 18, we are teaming up with our friends at Brooks and heading back to the beach for another night of Friday night racing on the Rockaway Boardwalk. This race is one of our favorite nights of the summer, with a fast course, a post-race dip in the ocean, and a can't miss after party. All our welcome, but space will be limited so make sure to sign up today to guarantee your spot on the starting line!

• Waves: Three waves will be featured

⏰ Race Schedule

• Open Wave: 6:30pm
• Men's Wave: 7:05pm (estimated sub 21:00 goal time)
• Women's Wave: 7:30pm (estimated sub 23:00 goal time)
• Goal Time: Include your goal time at registration to ensure proper wave placement.
