- Park entrances: Open from 7:30am to 8:30am
- Rangers: Available at park entrances to guide participants to parking lots.
- Gates reopening: After 5K Run completion around 10:30 am for exit.
- Alternate parking: Provided in designated areas if arriving late or leaving early.
