Welcome to a race like no other an all-female, all-powerful celebration of what it means to be strong, unstoppable, and united.

The Wonder Women 5K & 10K isn’t just a run. It’s a movement. A chance for women of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to come together, lace up, and remind the world (and ourselves) that we can do hard things.

• Finisher Medal: Available for both 5K and 10K participants.
• Age Group Awards: Eligibility for awards in various age groups (5K | 10K).
• Awards Distribution: Awards will be given at the event. We will not ship awards. Please check your results prior to leaving the event.

• Start Times: 10K Start: 7:15AM | 5K Start: 7:30AM

• Course Closes: 10:15AM

Join the Wonder Women 5K/10K Volunteer Squad! Want to be part of the action without lacing up your running shoes? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year’s event unforgettable!

• Early Packet Pick-Up: Help runners grab their race bibs, tees, and goodies before race day!
• Race Day Check-In: Be the friendly face that welcomes participants and gets them race-ready.
• Water Station Crew: Keep our heroes hydrated with cheers and chilled water!
• Pre & Post-Race Helpers: From setup to teardown and everything in between, we need your superpowers to keep things running smoothly.
