Run, push, pull, ski, row, hug, jump, lunge, & carry

2 distances (long or short) and 4 weight levels (1-2-3-4)

Distances and Sequence

• Run 1: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Sled Push: 50m
• Run 2: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Sled Pull: 50m

• Run 3: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Ski Erg: 1000m
• Run 4: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Row Erg: 1000m

• Run 5: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Sandbag Carry (Round Bag): 200m
• Run 6: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Sandbag Lunges (Shoulder Bag): 100m

• Run 7: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 100m
• Run 8: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Farmers Carry: 200m

• Run 9: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)

Weight Levels (Male and Female)

Level 1

• Sled Push: 155 lbs
• Sled Pull: 125 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 50 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 20 lbs

Level 2

• Sled Push: 245 lbs
• Sled Pull: 190 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 75 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 35 lbs

Level 3

• Sled Push: 335 lbs
• Sled Pull: 250 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 115 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 50 lbs

Level 4 (COMING TO THE NEXT RACES)

• Sled Push: 425 lbs
• Sled Pull: 315 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 150 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 65 lbs

• Level 3 Long: 8:00, 8:20, 8:40
• Level 2 Long: 9:00, 9:20, 9:40
• Level 1 Long: 10:00, 10:20, 10:40

Mid-day Block (11:00AM–11:40AM)

• Level 3 Short: 11:00, 11:20, 11:40
• Level 2 Short: 12:00, 12:20, 12:40
• Level 1 Short: 1:00, 1:20, 1:40

Afternoon Block (2:00PM–4:40PM)

• Level 3 Short: 2:00, 2:20, 2:40
• Level 2 Short: 3:00, 3:20, 3:40
• Level 1 Short: 4:00, 4:20, 4:40
