- Start Time: Race starts at 9:30 am - 1/4 Mile West on Sadds Mill Rd
- Pre-Race Ceremony: 9:00 AM Pre-Race Ceremony
- Award Ceremony: 11:00 AM Award Ceremony - Plaques awarded to overall top male and female winners. Medals awarded to first 175 runners directly upon completion of the course.

- Distance: 5K Course (3.1 miles)
- Start & Finish: The course starts and finishes at Robert Tedford Memorial Park in Ellington.
- Water Station: A water station will be located along the course and will be provided at the finish area.
