It's A Wonderful 5K

Race Overview

It's A Wonderful 5K Revival! This race is a 3.1 mile race that is open to runners and walkers. This race takes place in the early evening at Blue Spruce Park. The course will take you around the lake. The goal for the revival of this annual 5K going forward is to give back to our community! Moving forward, our goal as a business is to find a person or family that has experienced any recent hardships and needs an extra helping hand.

• Children Pricing: Special Pricing for Children 10-18 years of age.
• Free Entry: Children 9 and under get to run for FREE.
• Family Event: An event for the whole family!

Event Details

• Packet Pickup: Will start at 2:30 pm.
• Race Start: The race will begin at 4:00 pm.
• T-shirt Guarantee: Tech T-shirts will be guaranteed to anyone who signs up before November 21, 2026.

Location & Course

• Start Location: Blue Spruce Park, Indiana PA.
• Course Description: The race will be at Blue Spruce State Park and will run around the lake.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall Male & Female.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male & Female in each age group including 12 and Under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+.

• Packet Pickup: Blue Spruce Park on December 6th, starting at 2:30 pm.
• Timing: Gingerbread Man Running Co.
• Weather: The average temperature during this time of year is from 44 degrees to 25 degrees.

Directions & Parking

• Directions: Take old route 119 to PA-110 W. Turn right on Blue Spruce Rd.
• Parking: Free parking will be offered at Blue Spruce Park.
