👻 Event Overview

• Event: DARE2SCARE! JOIN US FOR A HOWLING GREAT TIME!
• Description: The Wasatch Peaks Foundation Halloween 5K/1 Mile Fun Run/Walk will be spooktacular!
• Participation: Run for your life with your Halloween costume in the chip-timed 5K race or have a fun run or walk in the 1 mile race.
• Audience: If you’re a competitive runner or want a fun family activity, this is the event for you!

🎽 Race Information

• Registration Benefits: All race participants get:
• Items: T-Shirt (guaranteed shirt if you register by Sept. 15), Chip-timing, Race Bib, Spooktacular Swag Bag (while supplies last, we recommend registering early)
• Awards: The top three finishers in the 5K race will be awarded a custom race medal in various male and female age groups.
• Age Groups: 12 and under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, and 60+.

👗 Costume Awards

• Dress Code: Dress to impress with your Halloween best!
• Prizes: The best Halloween costume in various age groups will receive prizes.
• Age Groups: 12 and under, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, and 60+.

🍬 Trick or Treat

• Activity: There will be Trick or Treat booths at the race finish.
• Sponsors: Sponsored by local businesses and organizations for children.

🍕 Food Trucks

• Availability: Food Trucks will be available at the race finish.
• Purchase: Food Truck items are purchased separately and are not included in the race registration fee.
• Options: Choose from the following Food Trucks: Food trucks TBD

💖 Race Proceeds

• Purpose: The Wasatch Peaks Foundation Halloween 5K/1 Mile Fun Run/Walk race proceeds will go to supporting children and youth education initiatives in our communities.
