Join us at Wichita State University on October 25, 2025 for Pump Up the Pace, a high-energy event that combines competition, community, and a cause. This year’s race supports Harbor House, Wichita’s local domestic violence shelter, helping provide safety and resources to survivors and their families.

👥 Race Options

• 5K Race: Participants can choose between a traditional 5K race or team up for our relay event.
• Relay Event: Groups work together to complete the course in true team spirit.
• Personal Goals: Whether you are striving for a personal best or simply enjoying the excitement of running with friends, this event offers an opportunity for everyone to get involved.
• Support Our Cause: All proceeds go directly to Harbor House, and additional donations are encouraged to further support survivors and their families.
