Pump Up the Pace

Event Overview

Join us at Wichita State University on October 25, 2025, for Pump Up the Pace—a high-energy event that combines fun, community, and a cause. This year’s race supports Harbor House, Wichita’s local domestic violence shelter, helping provide safety and resources to survivors and their families.

Participation Options

• Race Types: Participants can choose between a traditional 5K race or a 1-mile fun run/walk.
• All Levels: Whether you’re striving for a personal best or simply enjoying the excitement of running with friends, this event offers an opportunity for everyone to get involved.
• Welcome All Paces: All paces are welcome!

Supporting a Cause

All proceeds go directly to Harbor House, and additional donations are encouraged to further support survivors and their families.
