🏃‍♂️ Overview of the Race

Winter 2026 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 10-15 years old who have prior running experience.
• Running Requirement: Capable of running 2 miles non-stop (at any pace).
• Class Size: Capped at 30 registrants.

💰 Cost and Policies

• Class Fee: Cost of the class is $75.
• Refund Policy: No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering.
• Conflict Note: Please do not register if you’re unsure of your child's schedule.
• Switch Policy: No class switches after registering.

🎁 Included in the Cost

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days.
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Resources: Educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.

• Program Dates: January 7, 2026 - February 25, 2026.
• Class Frequency: 1 class per week on Wednesdays.
• Class Time: 5:45-6:45pm.
• Location: The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
