🏃‍♂️ Winter 2026 Advanced Youth Run Training

Winter 2026 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Information

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 10-15 years old with prior running experience.
• Requirements: Must be capable of running 2 miles non-stop (at any pace).
• Class Size: Capped at 30 registrants.

💵 Cost and Refund Policy

• Cost: $75.
• No Refunds: No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering.
• Registration: Please do not register if unsure of your child’s schedule.
• Switches: No class switches after registering.

🎁 Included in the Cost

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days.
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Education: Educational information coordinated by The Running PTs and a training shirt.

👩‍🏫 Coaching and Schedule

• Coach: Coach Mary Petersen will coach this class.
• Program Dates: January 7, 2026 - February 25, 2026.
• Class Schedule: 1 class per week: Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm.
• Location: The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
