Event Details

• Date: Saturday, January 24, 2026
• On-Site 5K and Kids Run/Walk: 9:00 a.m.
• Registration Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. (Cash Only - $10/runner)
• Location: Orlando Health Medical Pavilion - 392 Rinehart Rd, Lake Mary, FL, 32746

Race Day Registration

• Onsite Registration: Day of registration will be at the registration table.
• Waivers: Paper waivers must be filled out prior to running.
• Payment: Cash only ($10).
• Medal Availability: Day of registration may not guarantee a race medal due to limited supply.

Pre-Event Celebration

• Kickoff Time: Join us for the Race Opening Ceremony and Celebration from 8 am - 11 am.
• Event Features: Fire, military, police, and other life safety-related displays/booths.
• Activities: Hands-on activities, live demonstrations, firefighter-related games, and more.
• Ages: Fun for kids and adults of all ages.

Virtual Participation

• Packet Pickup: Virtual runners will have the opportunity to pick up their race packet locally.
• Mailing: Items will not be mailed: a pickup date and location will be announced.
• Race Medals: Based on first come first serve: supplies are limited.
• Event Type: This is now a timed chip 5K and a Kids fun run/walk.
