2026 Keeper Days 5K Run/Walk

• Location: East Sample Road and NE 27th Avenue, Lighthouse Point, FL
• Registration: First-come, first-served basis

• Packet Pick Up: January 26 and 28, 5:30 - 7 PM at John Trudel Community Center
• Race Morning Packet Pick Up: Arrive by 7:30 AM

⚠️ Important Information

• Weather: Race Day is RAIN OR SHINE
• Arrival Time: Arrive by 7:45 AM, wear your bib
• Location: Start and finish at Frank McDonough Park

💧 Course Details

• Hydration Station: One station on the course
• Safety: Speed walkers and strollers to start towards the back and stay to the right
• Completion Time: 90 minutes to complete the 5K
• Water: Bottle provided at the end of the race

🚫 Restrictions

• No Pets: Dogs not permitted on course
• No other items: No scooters, skateboards, etc.: only strollers allowed
• Traffic Control: Roads will be cleared for safety starting at 7:45 AM
• Parking: Limited availability: carpooling strongly recommended

🗺️ Course Map Overview

The course is the same as last year. Participants will start on NE 27th Avenue and will go South to NE 34th Street, then East on 34th Street to NE 28th Avenue where they will go North to East Sample Road to NE 23rd Avenue. At NE 23rd Avenue, participants will go South to the roundabout at NE 27th Street, which is the turnaround point. They will head back north on NE 23rd Avenue to Sample Road, then head east on Sample Road back to NE 28th Avenue where they will go South to NE 34th Street and go West to NE 27th Avenue and go North to finish where they started.
