- Pets: No dogs allowed on the course
- Items: No scooters, skateboards, etc. Only strollers permitted
- Time Limit: 90 minutes to complete the race
- Restrooms: Portable restroom will be available

- Traffic Advisory: Race and parade will affect traffic
- Transportation: Walk, bike, or carpool recommended
- Parking: Available at Venetian Isle Shopping Center/Publix
- City Events: Multiple events on race day, limited parking

- Starting Point: NE 27th Avenue
- Course Direction: South on NE 34th Street, East on 34th to NE 28th Avenue
- Turnaround: At NE 27th Street roundabout
- Finish Line: Back at NE 27th Avenue
