✨ The Magic is Back --- Join us for Dashing Through the Glow 5k ✨

For nearly 30 years, Georgians and visitors celebrated the beloved Magical Nights of Lights at Lanier Islands Resort.

Be among the first to experience it in a truly unique way: run or walk through Lanier Islands’ Magical Nights of Lights before it opens to the public. For one unforgettable evening (or morning!), you'll run or walk through the park before the display opens to the public. Last year's race sold out in record time, so we’ve created an additional race for all the early birds who like to get the worm.

Registration Information

• Capacity: Limited to 1,500 participants at EACH race time.

Start Times

6:15 AM (MORNING - right before sunrise) -or- 5:45 PM (EVENING - right at dusk)

Experience Includes

• Light Displays: Christmas light displays along the course.
• Apparel: Crewneck Sweatshirt Included OR Upgrade to a Hoodie.
• Awards: Awards for overall and age-group winners.
• Finisher Medals: Custom finisher medals for all registered participants.
