Race Overview

• Fastest Ultra Course: This is the fastest ultra course we have - approachable and great for a 1st time 25/50k or a Personal Record!
• Series Participation: Part of our 200k No Way! &: 300k Grand Slam!! series.
• Organizers: This race is put on by The Best Dam Volunteers In The Land (TBDVITL) of the Ohio River Road Runner’s Club a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

Event Details

• Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026
• Time: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Early Start 7:30 a.m.)
• Registration: Registration is limited &: Price increases after tax day and thereafter. (Race postponed from August 16, 2026 due to flooding at race site)
• Schedule:
  • 7 a.m. Gate Opens
  • 7:10-7:55 a.m. Packet Pickup/Check-in at Lawwill Shelter
  • 7:30 a.m. Early Start (notify RD/timer)
  • 8 a.m. 50K &: 25K Starts
  • 2:10 p.m. Must start the final lap
  • 4 p.m. Race ends
  • 4-5 p.m. Clean up &: Load out

Location

• Venue: Englewood MetroPark (West Park Entrance) – 100 E. National Rd., Englewood, OH 45322
• Directions: From either east or west, take I-70 to the State Route 48 exit and head north on Route 48 into Englewood. DO NOT CROSS DAM (unless you are a Patty Shelter volunteer).
• Packet Pickup: Lawwill Shelter is Packet Pickup, Start/Finish &: Aid Station.
• Parking: The park gate will open at 7 a.m. Use entrance ER-5 at the intersection of National Road (US 40) and Main Street (US 48) in downtown Englewood.

Course Information

• Loop Distance: A 7.77 MILE LOOP IS RUN 4 TIMES FOR 50K or 2 TIMES FOR 25K.
• Course Details: It is a mix of trail, grass &: pavement with 459+ feet of ascent, 3 waterfalls &: 3 aid station visits per loop.

• Loop Description: The loop includes Lawwill shelter and Patty Shelter where aid is available.

Aid Stations

• Main Aid Station: The Lawwill shelter where you start &: finish the loop.
• Patty Shelter: Located on the loop and visited twice during each 7.77-mile loop.
• Supplies: These manned aid stations will include: water, electrolytes, chips, pretzels, pickles/pickle juice, PB&:J, fruit &: non-fruit sweets.
• Drop Bags: You may leave drop bags at Lawwill Shelter or in your vehicle, or you may drop them yourself at Patty Shelter.

Pacers

• Pacers Allowed: Pacers are allowed with a waiver.
