Burke Lake 12K

🌟 Event Schedule

• 9:00am: Check-in begins
• 10:00am: 12K race

🚩 Distance and Course

• Course Type: This is an out-and-back course almost completely around Burke Lake.
• Start/Finish Location: The start/finish is at the northern end of the Burke Lake Park Ice Cream Parlor/Merry-Go-Round parking lot on main roadway ("Start" is painted on road surface).
• Terrain: The race proceeds clockwise around the lake over mildly rolling terrain. The first half mile is on the paved main roadway.
• Turnaround Point: The turnaround is past the earthen dam and is approximately 200 yards past the 4.0 mile marker (if you reach the public marina, you've gone too far!).
