Event Overview
The MISD Education Foundation proudly presents The Amazing Spooktacular 5K Run & Walk presented by Fuel City, benefitting Mesquite ISD teachers and students. Proceeds fund innovative classroom grants that fall outside of the normal state budget.
Event Details
- Date: November 1, 2025
- Location: 2063 Town East Mall, Mesquite, TX
- Theme: Wear your favorite Halloween costume
- Activities: FREE trick-or-treating and Kid's Zone access for kids participating in the 5K
Registration Options
- Adult 5K: $35 (Ages 19 and up. Price increases to $45 on Race-Day)
- Student 5K: $20 (Ages 1-18)
- Includes: Official Event T-Shirt, Custom Commemorative Finisher Medal, Whataburger Sunglasses
- Timing: The 5K will be chip-timed, but many participants choose not to be timed
Awards
Awards will be given for the Overall Male & Female and 1st place will be awarded in both male and female in the following age groups:
- Age 5-12: Students
- Age 13-19: Students
- Age 20-29:
- Age 30-39:
- Age 40-49:
- Age 50-59:
- Age 60-69:
- Age 70-79:
