Welcome to the annual Turkey Day 5k in Boise, Idaho’s favorite Thanksgiving Day tradition.
About the Event
- Family Fun: Turkey Day 5K is a whole family fun run designed to kick off your day with fun, energy, and community.
- Join Us: Bring the whole "Flock" and run or walk together on Thanksgiving morning!
- Community Impact: The event benefits both the Boise Rescue Mission and Camp Rainbow Gold.
- Support and Give Back: Just by showing up you are already helping us contribute to these great organizations.
How You Can Help
- Bring Donations: Bring extra canned food to support the organizations.
- Make a Donation: Consider making a donation directly to these groups.
- Volunteer: Donate a few hours of your time volunteering with them and you’ll both be rewarded.
- Celebrate Together: Thank you again for joining us in 2025 and Happy Thanksgiving!

If you cannot race this year, then please join us as a volunteer. Even if you are racing, consider one of the pre-race day volunteer positions for the Boise or Caldwell events or even both.
