Please join us for the A8K Classic and the Tom Fleming 2K Run benefiting the Glen Ridge Educational Foundation.

⏰ Start Times

• 8K Start: 9:00 AM
• 2K Start: 8:15 AM

🏅 Honoring Local Heroes

• Horace Ashenfelter: The 8K Run honors local hero and Olympic Champion, who won the steeplechase event at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki, Finland.
• Tom Fleming: The 2K Run honors local hero who won the 1973 and 1975 New York City Marathons.

🗺️ Course Information

• 8K Course: A USATF Certified "relatively flat" road course with two water stops through historic Glen Ridge.
• 2K Course: The one mile course is USATF certified: an out and run back on Ridgewood Avenue.

🏆 Championship Details

• USATFNJ All Divisions: 8K Championships - 700 Points.
• Member Discount: USATF NJ Members receive a $3 discount up until 11/20 (discount taken off during the registration process).

🎖️ Awards Distribution

To this All 8K Awards will be grab and go. Weather permitting, the awards table will be in the High School parking lot otherwise in the gym.

📅 Race Date

The event will take place on 2025-11-27 at 200 Ridgewood Avenue, Glen Ridge, NJ.
