Join us on Saturday, January 9, 2027 at 7:30 AM for the next Run Your Mouth 5K—this year hosted on the beautiful campus of Nova Southeastern University!

Building on the success of our inaugural race, Run Your Mouth 5K is becoming a signature community event for South Florida.

Following an incredible first year, we’re evolving the race into an annual tradition that highlights different running routes across Davie and Cooper City—keeping the experience fresh while staying rooted in what matters most: community.

Our Mission

Run Your Mouth 5K was created to bring people together through movement, health, and community impact.

Each year, the race will feature a new course in Davie or Cooper City—giving runners a fresh experience while continuing to support meaningful local causes. This race benefits local nonprofits in the Davie/Cooper City area.
