Event Details

• Combination: Bodyweight strength exercises with hiking/running intervals.
• Trail Loop: 2.2 mile loop with beautiful scenery, some hills, and uneven sections.
• Strength Stations: 6 for Half Marathon, 3 for 10k, with modifications available.
• No Equipment Needed: Participants can wear a weighted vest or rucksack if they choose.

Training and Challenges

• Training: Workouts posted and emailed leading up to the event.
• Half Marathon: 5 hour cutoff, mid-race downgrade option available.
• Inspiration: Encourages cross training and pushing personal limits.
• Challenges: Focus on combining hiking/running with strength training.
