🏃‍♂️ The 4th Annual Honor Connor Race

The 4th annual event is in memory of Connor James Smith who passed away at age 12, but loved being outdoors and being pushed in his wheelchair on runs with his mom. All proceeds will benefit the Connor James Smith grant for SCN8A families.

📅 Event Summary

• Date: Saturday, June 13th
• Cause: Supports children with special needs, special equipment, and therapies.
• Registration Benefits: Official race time, finisher's medal, and a finish-line beer (valid only on race day).
• Virtual Participation: Participants will have 7 days to complete their distance and will receive a finisher's medal.

🏆 Event Details

The race will consist of three different race lengths: Half-Marathon, Quarter-Marathon, and 5k. A virtual option for all three is available.

🏅 Half-Marathon

• Distance: 2 3.25-mile loops (out and back) on the Capital Trail starting from Indian Fields Tavern.
• Course Features: Water stations at both turn-around points.
• Bib Pickup: Race day bib pickup will be from 6:30 am to 7:15 am.
• Race Start: The race starts at 7:30 am.

🏃‍♀️ Quarter Marathon

• Distance: 1 3.25-mile loop (out and back) on the Capital Trail starting from Indian Fields.
• Bib Pickup: You can pick up your bib anytime between 6:30 am and 8:15 am.
• Start Window: You can start any time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.

🥇 5k

• Distance: 1.55 miles out and back on the Capital Trail.
• Bib Pickup: You can pick up your bib anytime between 6:30 am and 8:15 am.
• Start Window: You can start any time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.
