💖 About The Moms Rock Race 💖

Moms Rock is a Mother's Day tradition in Northeastern Ohio, including a 5K race, 1 Mile walk, a b.a. Sweetie Dasher Dash (50 Meters), and a unique Stroller Division!

• Theme: This year, we will be introducing yearly race themes to flowers! In 2026, the race will be sun-flowered themed!
• Benefit: The event benefits moms and families in the community.

📬 Packet Pickup Information 📬

• Pickup Dates: Early pickup dates & locations will be listed HERE later in the year!
• For Others: Participants can pick up for others but should have their confirmation email handy just to be safe.
• Race Day: Race Day pickup is available, but participants should plan to arrive early, as lines may be long!

Where can I park on race morning?

• Parking: Parking is available at the MetroParks Zoo. Please note that due to construction at the Rainforest, you may need to park a sizable distance away from the entrance.
• Address: 3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland, OH 44109.
• Start Times: Sunday, May 10, 2026:
• Kids Dash: b.a. Sweetie Candy Company Kids Dash – 8:45 AM
  5K & 1 Mile: 9:00 AM

🏃‍♀️ Timing, Results & Awards 🏃‍♀️

• Timing: The race is officially timed using a disposable Bib tag timing system with state-of-the-art Mylaps timing mats.
• Results: Results are posted LIVE on the Moms Rock website.
• Awards: Special holiday awards are provided to the top 3 overall male & female finishers in the 3 Miler & 3 Miler with Stroller.
• Age Group: Top 3 finishers (male & female) in defined age categories (10 & under to 80+) for the Standard 3 Miler Only.

💳 Refunds & Transfers 💳

• No Refunds: All entries are non-refundable & non-transferable to future races.
• Transfer: You can transfer your entry to another person for free before packet pickup!
• T-shirt Pick-up: If you can’t attend, you can still get your T-shirt and packet at our office the following week or at packet pickup.

🌼 Miscellaneous 🌼

• Volunteers: Yes! Volunteer opportunities will be listed HERE after registration opens.
• Walking: Walking in the 5K is welcome. Walkers must line up at the back of the race start line.
• Weather: Ohio weather is unpredictable! One year it was in the 30s with pouring rain, and another year it was 50s & sunny.
• Course: The Zoo is quite hilly. Prepare accordingly!
