• Start Times: 10k and 20k races start at 8:00 am, Kids race starts at 7:30 am.
• Location: Starts/finishes at Concord Park on Northshore Drive.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

• Course Type: A wild and wooly course awaits participants.
• Distance: 1 lap is 10k, 2 laps are 20k.
• Kids Race: Fast and furious Kids Trail Mile.
• Experience: An exciting variety of trails to explore.

KIDS TRAIL RACE

• Course Type: Moderately hilly and fun out and back course of about a mile.
• Engagement: Kids will enjoy an exciting trail experience.
• Safety: Adult supervision required for kids under 12.
• Encouragement: Parents are encouraged to support and cheer on their kids.

T-SHIRTS

• Design: Special limited edition T-shirts will be printed for the series.
• Distribution: One shirt per runner per season.
• Cause Support: Reducing multiple shirts helps donations to trail-friendly causes.
• Keep It Simple: Please minimize the number of shirts requested.

TTT SERIES AWARDS

• Award Criteria: Top 3 in each division will receive free race entries.
• Additional Prize: Two lucky runners can win a pair of shoes.
• Award Ceremony: Awards presented at the KTC Holiday Party in December.
• Eligibility: Must be a KTC member and volunteer twice during the season.

COURSE ETIQUETTE

• Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct or abuse to volunteers may result in disqualification.
• Equipment Restrictions: No headsets, earphones, bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades or pets on the course.
• Safety Measures: Please respect course rules for everybody's safety.
• Civility: Ensure a pleasant experience for all participants and volunteers.

SAFETY

• Aid Stations: One aid station will be set up with small cups: carry your own hydration container.
• Health Considerations: Insect medication is recommended for sensitive individuals.
• Pre-Race Training: Off-road training is strongly encouraged.
• Fun Goal: We want you to have a good time while being safe.

SAFETY POLICY CLARIFICATION

• Adult Supervision: Runners under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the adult race.
• Pace Requirement: Enforcing 18:00/mile minimum pace for adult races.
• Course Sweeper: Each race will have a sweeper to ensure pace compliance.
• Awareness: Runners must maintain pace to remain in the race.

BIB AND SAFETY POLICY

• Registration Importance: Do not take a bib if you're not running.
• Accountability: Notify race officials if you need to drop out.
• Bib Handling: Do not fold or tear the bib: it must remain intact for accurate timing.
• Participant Safety: Ensure correct use of bibs for everyone's safety.
