- Race Type: The Night Owl 5K is a run/walk through Panola Mountain State Park.
- Beneficiary: All proceeds benefit AWARE's mission of wildlife rehabilitation and education.
- Wildlife Care: We accept injured and orphaned native Georgia wildlife.
- Goal: Our goal is to heal and return wildlife to the wild.
🦉 On Race Day
- Wildlife Welcome: Non-releasable AWARE wildlife will be there to cheer you on.
- Pictures: Opportunity to take pictures with the animals.
- Swag: Participants will receive a t-shirt.
- Prizes: Chance to win medals and more!

- All Ages: The event is suitable for runners/walkers of all ages.
- All Skill Levels: About half our participants walk, making it accessible.
