🎉 Event Overview
This will be the 12th Resolution Run 5K run/walk and 1 mile fun walk to benefit the Middlebury Food Pantry. What a great way to start the New Year with some POSITIVE energy towards a very good cause!
💲 Entry Fees
- Individual Fee: $18 for individuals
- Family Fee: $40 for families
- Shirts: Long sleeve shirts are optional and an additional $16.
- Payments: We accept cash, checks or credit cards onsite.
🏃♀️ Course Information
- Start/Finish: The courses start and finish at the Essen Haus Inn and Conference Center, 240 US 20, Middlebury, IN.
- Trails: Both courses utilize the Pumpkinvine Trail and Ridge Trails.
- Starting Line: The starting line is right out on Wayne Street.
- Traffic Safety: We will walk everyone out together and wait for the police to close the road before we start.
📅 Event Schedule
- Date: January 1, 2026
- 5K Start Time: The 5K run/walk race starts at 10:00 am.
- Mile Walk: The Mile Walk will follow just after the 5K takes off.
- Preparation: You can stay up and ring in the New Year, and still get a good night's sleep before coming out to join your friends for a scenic morning on the trail!
🏅 Awards and Results
- Awards: Top 3 Overall MF and 3 deep AG awards in 15 age groups. The Mile is not timed, so there are no placement awards.
- Results: THTIming.com will be the timer onsite. Results will be pushed to the website.
- Text Alerts: You can opt in to receive texts with your finisher times.
- Finisher Treats: Entry fee includes finisher treats for both races.
🚗 Parking Information
Ample Parking right there at the Essen Haus Inn and Conference Center, 240 US 20, Middlebury, IN.
🍵 Post-Race Activities
- Refreshments: After the race come in for some refreshments and the awards.
- Entry/Exit: Please enter and exit through the Conference side (Wayne Street side) not the hotel/Inn entrance as it becomes quite drafty for the hotel patrons.
- Appreciation: We appreciate your consideration.
