Event Description

• Thanksgiving Tradition: Michiana's Thanksgiving Tradition is a community event to be shared with loved ones - family & friends.
• Thanksgiving Morning: A great way to get some fresh air, 'burn it forward', and support others.
• Beneficiary: Every dime raised through your entry fees goes right to Faith Mission of Michiana to help feed and house those in need.
• Invite Others: Ask around your work, friends, and neighbors - invite them to join you!

Distance Options

• 10k Run, 5k Run, 5k Walk: Begins on Jackson Street in Elkhart through the historic neighborhood of Strong Avenue.
• 10k Course: Includes an additional mile around Strong Avenue neighborhood and a lap around McNaughton Park.
• 1-Mile Walk: A lovely walk around Island Park with great photo opportunities.
• Non-Runners: Bring your stroller or dog with your coffee for a pleasant time with house guests!

• Packet Pickup: Four locations to avoid lines on Thanksgiving morning!
• Group Pickup: Encourage picking up for friends and family – finisher medals for all participants available.
• Shirts: Optional and an additional $15 to keep pricing down.
• Last Year’s Medals: If you didn’t receive one last year, you can pick one up during registration this year!

• South Bend: Sunday, November 22 - Howard Park Event Center, 216 St Louis, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
• Goshen: Monday, November 23 - Goshen Brewing Company, 315 W Washington, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
• Mishawaka: Tuesday, November 24 - Fleet Feet Mishawaka, 3522 Grape Road, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
• Elkhart: Wednesday, November 25 - Elkhart Health & Aquatics, 200 East Jackson, from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.

Race Day

• Starts at: Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center - doors open at 7:00am for packet pickup.
• Corral Gathering: Participating groups should lineup at their designated corrals by 8:10am.
• Welcome Speech: Mayor Rod Roberson greets participants at 8:10am.
• Race Starts: 10k Run starts at 8:30am: 5k Run at 8:35am: and 5k Walk at 8:40am.
