Nappanee Apple Festival Donut Dash 5K and Donut 1-Mile Run / Walk

Event Overview

• Welcome: Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of experience level!
• Explore: Enjoy the small-town shops and festivities of the Nappanee Apple Festival.

Celebrating the 50th Anniversary

• Group Registration: Register 4 or more individuals simultaneously for a discount.
• Save: Save $3.00 per registrant with Multi-Person Pricing!
• Join: Form a new group/team or join an existing one.
• Invite: Bring your friends and family to take advantage of this exciting opportunity!

Start Times

• 1 Mile Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 8:30 AM

Packet Pickup

• Friday Night: September 18 from 5-8 PM
• Saturday Morning: September 19 from 6:30 AM - 8:15 AM
• Location: Pick up shirts and race bibs at Nappanee Missionary Church.

Shirts

• Availability: Shirts available on a first-come, first-served basis after August 31st.
• Unclaimed Shirts: Will NOT be mailed out if not picked up at the event.
• Distribution: Remaining shirts will be for runners who couldn't receive one or will be donated.

Refreshments

• Participants: All will receive apple, donut, and apple cider at the finish line.

Awards Information

• 1 Mile Awards: Top 3 boys and girls in age groups: 12 and under, and 13 and older.
• 5K Awards: Prizes for top three men and women finishers.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female runners in all specified age groups will receive custom apple awards.

Award Distribution

• Presentation: Awards will be shortly after the last participant of the 5K finishes.
• Mailing: Awards will NOT be mailed after the event.

Referrals

• Incentive: Refer 5 friends to signup and receive $10.00 back on your registration.
• Sharing: Look for your referral code in confirmation email or share on Facebook.

Parking & Bathrooms

• Facilities: Parking and bathrooms are available at Nappanee Missionary Church.

Timing

• Chip Timing: Provided by Watt’s My Time.

Guidelines for Dogs Attending the Event

• Leash: All dogs must be kept on a NON-retractable leash and under supervision at all times.
• Clean-up: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Behavior: Aggressive dogs must be removed from the event immediately by their owner.
• Restrictions: Dogs are not allowed inside Nappanee Missionary Church.

• Registration: Race day registration will be online only. NO PAPER REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY.
