At Foot Loose Running, we want to encourage participation in the sport on a regular basis. We are proud to introduce our new pricing for 5K runs—"No Frills" and "Premium" Registration!

🏅 Registration Types

• No Frills: A price for runners who only care about running a 5K. No shirt, no swag—just run! We will still offer refreshments and water for all runners.
• Premium: The experience for the runners who like the swag and shirts. Premium Registration ends early so that we can accommodate the runners.
• Inclusivity: "No Frills" and "Premium" registrations apply to all runners regardless of age.
• Our Goal: At Foot Loose Running, we want everyone to RUN.
