Pre-Race Costume Contest

🎉Before the starting gun, join us at 7:50 AM for the Best 80’s Costume Contest! Winners will be chosen for the best overall look, best group, and most authentic 80’s outfit!

Race Day Distances

• Kids Dash: Approximately 50 meters for kids 10 & under, includes a shirt and Kids Dash medal.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: Untimed, fun, family-friendly event with tee and finisher medal.
• 5K: Chip-timed event with overall and age-group awards.
• Half Marathon: Chip-timed course with trophies for top finishers and full age-group awards.

Awards & Recognition

• Age Group Awards: Standard awards for various age groups.
• Overall Winners: Bigfoot Trophies for 1st Overall Male/Female.
• Masters Recognition: Special pins for ages 40+
• Age Group Pins: Gold, Silver, and Bronze pins awarded for all age groups.

Event Schedule

• 6:30–7:40 AM: Packet Pickup ends 20 minutes before the race!
• 7:50 AM: 80’s Costume Contest.
• 8:00 AM: Main Race Start (Half, Quarter, 5K, and 1 Mile).
• Post-Race: Live results & awards available at the Registration Tent.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Volunteer Then Run: Run the 5K after volunteering!
• Full Race Volunteer: Serve as a volunteer without running.
• Limited Entry: First 5 sign-ups only for Volunteer then Run.
• Check-in Time: Volunteers check in at the Registration Tent 1.5 hours before start time.

Course Info

• Trail Surface: Mixed surfaces including paved trails, crushed granite, and dirt.
• Aid Stations: Water and support to stay hydrated.
• Public Space Notice: Be courteous to other park users.
• Weather Policy: Bigfoot races happen rain or shine!
