• Anniversary: 13th Anniversary of the best St. Patrick's Day 5K in Knoxville!!!
• Wave Starts: 5-minute wave starts: please seed yourself accordingly at the start line.
• Awards: Carrie Daugherty Spirit Award up for grabs!
• Headphones: Please note that headphones are discouraged during the race.

Entry Fees and Inclusions

• Standard Entry: Finisher's medal + T-shirt
• VIP Experience: All-you-can-eat pizza buffet and two drinks (21+ only): limited to 500 entries.
• Additional Inclusions: A finisher's medal + T-shirt

Charity Information

• Organization: Carrie On Events, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
• Foundation Beneficiary: All proceeds go to Emily's Power For A Cure.
• Purpose: To raise funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research.
• Strollers and Pets: Strollers welcome (at your own risk): no dogs allowed on the course or in the stadium.

• Saturday, March 14: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday, March 15: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (Packet pickup ends at 1:30 PM)

• Stadium Opening: Covenant Health Stadium opens at 2:00 PM for spectators.
• Photo Opportunities: Marquee sign and photobooth available for post medal photos.
• Concessions: Enjoy hot dogs, Pepsi drinks, or a beer (21+) for purchase.
• Kid Zone: Family-friendly activities with the Kid Zone Playground open!
