Join us for the BE FAST 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk honoring stroke survivors and their family members.

🌊 Race Course

• Scenic Route: Run along the Maumee River front, across the Cherry Street Bridge and through the beautiful Glass City Metropark.
• Start Times:
  • Kids Fun Run at 9:30 am (100 yard dash)
  • Walk at 9:45 am
  • Run at 10:00 am

💖 Charity Cause

100% of registration, donations, and raffle proceeds will go directly into The ProMedica Foundation Stroke Patient Assistance Fund. This fund assists with:

• Medications: Covers the cost of medications.
• Health Equipment: Provides necessary health equipment and supplies.
• Transportation: Supports transportation to and from appointments.
• Financial Relief: Aids with rent/utilities for patients with limited financial means due to their stroke.

🎁 Your Entry Includes:

• Entrance: Access to the 5K Run/1 Mile Walk.
• Timing: Bib Chip Timing.
• T-Shirt: BE FAST Stroke 5k T-Shirt.
• Refreshments: Snacks, drinks, and a post-race meal.
• Health Assessments: Free Stroke Risk Assessments including blood pressure screenings.
• Educational Material: Stroke-related educational materials.
• Resource Fair: Entrance into a community resource fair with multiple vendors.
• Activities: Face painting/balloon animals along with a DJ and photography.

📝 Registration Details

Registration Fee is $25.00 per participant until 11:59 pm on 9/25/2026.

Price increases to $35.00 per participant on 9/26/2026.

Registration is free for stroke survivors.

🎉 Raffle and Prizes

Silent auction and raffle items will be available! Raffle starts at 11:30 am following the Awards Ceremony.

👕 Shirt Information

Race shirts are not guaranteed after September 25, 2026.

You must be present to receive your shirt. Shirts will not be mailed unless you are a virtual participant.
