Join us for the BE FAST 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk honoring stroke survivors and their family members!

• Venue: Located in downtown Toledo at Promenade Park
• Scenery: Run along the Maumee Riverfront
• Route: Across the Cherry Street Bridge and through the beautiful Glass City Metropark

💖 Fundraising Impact

100% of registration, donations, and raffle proceeds will go directly into The ProMedica Foundation Stroke Patient Assistance Fund. The fund is able to cover:

• Medications: Cost of necessary medications
• Health Equipment: Essential health supplies
• Transportation: Travel to and from appointments
• Support: Rent/utilities for patients with limited financial means

• Kids Fun Run: 9:30 AM (100 yard dash)
• Walk Start: 9:45 AM
• Run Start: 10:00 AM

💰 Registration Fees

Registration Fee is $25.00 per participant until 11:59 PM on August 30, 2025.

Price increases to $35.00 per participant on August 31, 2025.

👥 Special Registration

Registration is free for stroke survivors.

🎁 Auction and Raffle

Silent auction and raffle items will be available! Raffle starts at 11:15 AM following the Awards Ceremony.

👕 Race Shirt Availability

Race shirts are not guaranteed after September 1, 2025.

You must be present to receive your shirt. Shirts will not be mailed unless you are a virtual participant.
