- Race Course: Over the iconic Wiggly Bridge, along the beautiful York River, through Steedman Woods, past the York Golf & Tennis Club, and back to the hospital campus in town.

Awards and Prizes
- Prizes: Special prizes for the top male and female winners in each division.
- Snacks: Healthy snacks and refreshments – fruit, granola bars, and water – provided to all participants.
- Encouragement: Children (and parents!) are encouraged to participate.
- Registration Fees: $25 (14 & older), $10 (13 & under), $50 (families/groups up to 5 participants).
Registration Information
- Registration Closure: York Hospital will CLOSE registration at 3pm on THURSDAY, JUNE 4.
- On-site Registration: Paper registration forms will be available for cash, check, or credit card payments on race day.
- No additional cost: There is no additional cost or penalty for race day registrations.
- Opening Time: Registration opens at 7am, race starts at 8:30am, rain or shine.
Pre-registration and Bib Pick-up
- Pre-registration Deadline: Before 3pm on THURSDAY, JUNE 4.
- Pick-up Times: Bib pick-up will be held on Friday, June 5, from 4pm-6pm and on Saturday, June 6, from 7am-8:15am.
- Location: Henry Warner Conference Room, lower level of the Henry Warner Building on the hospital campus.
- Support: All funds raised will support the Caring for All Campaign to expand efforts to care for our community.
