Golden Eagle Band and Guard Inaugural Beats-N-Feets 5k & 10k Run/Walk

Get ready to move your feet to the beat! The Beats N Feets 5K /10K Run/Walk is a fun, family-friendly community event that brings together fitness, music, and school spirit. Lace up your sneakers and join us for a morning of energy, rhythm, and excitement — all to support the Freeman High School Band Program!

Participants will enjoy a scenic route around beautiful John Paul Landing Park featuring live music, cheering squads, and water stations along the way. Whether you’re a serious runner, a casual walker, or cheering from the sidelines, there’s a place for everyone at this event.

Medals Awarded

The 5k will begin at 8:10 am and the 10K will begin at 8:00am.

Packet pickup will be between 6:30-7:30am at Pavillion #1
