Blue Ribbon Glow Run

Through the broken pieces, the light will shine!

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.

• Purpose: The Blue Ribbon Glow Run is to raise child abuse awareness.
• Organization: DADE FIRST-Family Connection aims to help families make a big difference year-round.
• Actions: Encourages small acts that help protect children and strengthen families.
• Goal: Ultimately, prevent the abuse and neglect of children.

Event Information

• Cost: The Blue Ribbon Glow Run will be a FREE Event.
• Eligibility: People of all ages and families are encouraged to attend.
• Format: This is a 1 Mile Run/Walk/Crawl.
• Location: The run will take place on the track around the Dade County High School football field.

Event Schedule

• Gates Open: 8:00 PM
• Race Start: 9:00 PM

• Additional Info: Entertainment and food will be available on-site.

Donations

• Need: Due to rising costs and the loss of some grant funding, we are asking for donations for t-shirts this year.
• Registration: Free shirts with your online registration.
• Donation Method: Please VENMO @:DadeFirst-Family Connection with "Blue Ribbon Glow Run" or (BRGR) in the memo line.
• Gratitude: We thank you for your support!

Registration Details

• Shirt Availability: The first 500 people signed up by MARCH 14TH will receive a free Blue Ribbon Glow Run shirt the night of the event.
• Late Registration: For those who missed the online registrations, you can still sign-up the night of the event.
• Leftover Shirts: Late registrants may be able to get leftover shirts.
• Food Options: Kona Ice will be available for purchase: proceeds go to DADE FIRST-FAMILY CONNECTION.

Participant Requirements

• Registration Confirmation: Complete your registration until you see the "Congratulations" banner and your confirmation codes.
• Shirt Pickup: You will need the printed confirmation to pick up your shirts.
• Arrival Time: Must be at the registration table by 8:45 PM to receive your shirt.
• Size Availability: Those who come after may not receive the size shirt they ordered.

Note on Attendance

• Requirement: You have to be at the event in order to receive your shirt.
