2026 World Down Syndrome Day 5k: Jogging for Max and Jude

Join us for our 12th Annual World Down Syndrome Day Jogging for Max and Jude 5k race on March 15th at 6pm in Griffin, GA. The goal is raise awareness and support for Down Syndrome.

Our participants all agree that the highlight of our race is the introduction of our Grand Marshalls as they kick off the start of our race. Each of our Grand Marshalls rocks their extra 21st Chromosome.

Live too far from Griffin to run with us? We have a phantom runner option. You can register to run and we will mail your t-shirt to you. Register and commit to run 3.1 miles where you live  to raise awareness. In past years we have  had runners as far away as Great Britain, China, Argentina, Germany, and Japan!!

Your race entry includes:
Jogging for Max & Jude supersoft race tee

Must register by February 27th to be guaranteed a race tee! Limited number of extra shirts available on a first come basis.

Pre-Race Packet Pick-up is March 14th, 10:30am-1:30pm at Journey Church, 210 E. Solomon St, Griffin

Race Day Packet Pick-up is March 15th, 5pm-5:45pm, with 5k starting at 6pm.
