• Race Day: Saturday, August 30, 2025
• Race Check-in Time: 8:00 AM sharp - Must arrive no later than 8:30 AM!
• Race Warm-up Time: 8:45 AM
• Start Time: 9:00 AM sharp

Location: Bud Kelley Park, 1605 Kelleytown Road, Mcdonough, GA

• Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed on the course or venue

Rain or shine—we’re racing! (Severe weather? We’ll notify you of a reschedule) - please bring a poncho in case of light rain.

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. Proceeds go directly to a great cause! Unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification. Let's keep it fun for everyone!

📜 Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. Any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct will be immediately disqualified with no refunds.

All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for safety: there are no refunds in this case.

Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag. No race gifts will be mailed, you must be present to receive medal and swag.

Free parking available at the race site until the lot is full. Once full, you will be directed to overflow parking with shuttle service to the race location.
