How You Can Participate

Join us in Hapeville or from anywhere in the world.

• Activity: Walk, run, jog, or trot
• Route: Choose your own 5K route if you're virtual
• Location: Participate on a treadmill, in your neighborhood, or on your favorite trail

No matter where you are, you’re part of the movement.

This is a family-friendly experience designed for all ages and fitness levels.

• Pre-race: energy and community engagement
• Kids Fun Run: for younger participants
• Live DJ: to keep the energy high
• Post-race: celebration and fun

Virtual participants can still join the excitement through our live stream experience.
