Race Day Notes

Please note that many US Road Running events are small local races.

• Staffing: Normally one or two staff members at each race.
• EMS: Emergency Medical Staff is not stationed on-site.
• Water Stations: Limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
• Preparation: Plan for the weather, bring any personal items needed between laps, and check in with race staff if you need help.
