- BIATHLON - PADDLE BOARD ONLY DIVISION: Paddle a 14 & Under + 5K Run
- BIATHLON - KAYAK/CANOE/OC/SURF SKI/ETC DIVISION: Paddle anything that will float + 5K Run
- RELAY TEAM DIVISION: One Paddler + One Runner
- PADDLE ONLY DIVISION: Specific for paddlers who wish to compete without a run component.
