This year's event has something for everyone with 5 Categories!
- RUN ONLY DIVISION: 5K Road Race
- PADDLE ONLY DIVISION:
- BIATHLON - PADDLE BOARD ONLY DIVISION: Paddle a 14 & Under + 5K Run
- BIATHLON - KAYAK/CANOE/OC/SURF SKI/ETC DIVISION: Paddle anything that will float + 5K Run
- RELAY TEAM DIVISION: One Paddler + One Runner

- Biathlon and Paddle Only Awards: Top 3 Men and Women
- Relay Awards: Top 3 Teams
- 5K Awards: Top 3 Men and Women
- Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male and Female Under 45: Top 3 Male and Female Over 46
