Welcome to Alpine Trail Race Series Season 3 (ATRS 3.0)

Race Course:

• Beautiful Trails: Join us and enjoy one of the most beautiful off-road trails in Cincinnati.
• French Park: Offers large meadow areas nestled inside the wooded perimeter, several trails, and a creek known for fossils.
• Elevation Gain: French Park boasts 331 ft of total ascent, making it the park with the most elevation gain.
• Route Note: We retain the right to change the race route as deemed necessary.

Race Routes:

• 5K Race Route: Explore the scenic 5K route.
• 10K Race Route: Complete 2 loops of the 5K route.
• Half Marathon: Run 2 loops of 2 different 5K courses.

Race Information:

• Start Time: The race starts at 8:00 AM.
• BIB Pickup: Starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start.
• Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
• Themed Races: Fun themes for all 5K and 10K runs.

Awards and Recognition:

• Series Points: All runners receive series points towards yearly series awards.
• Travel Opportunity: Opportunity for series winners, male and female. DETAILS CLICK HERE!
• Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive one of our fun-themed finisher medals.
• Costume Encouragement: Wearing a costume is not required, but it is encouraged.

Costume and Community:

• Best Costume Award: We give out the best costume awards at every live race.
• Small Race Environment: Get to know other runners and walkers in your area.
• Transfer Policy: If you miss the race, you can transfer to another of our races.
• Monthly Races: Most races are held every month in Cincinnati.

Discount:

• Youth Discount: We offer a 15% discount for anyone who is under 20.

Course Time Limit:

• Time Limit: 4 hours.

Race Rules:

• Entry Fees: Non-refundable, with no exceptions.
• Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
• Dog Policy: No dogs on the course.
• Walkers Welcome: Walkers are always welcome.

ATRS Rules Regulations:

The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31. All participants are automatically enrolled in the series once they complete an ATR qualifying race. Qualifying races are any race events hosted by ATR that are part of the series. Points will be awarded in each age category, male and female, for each qualifying race. Only the top 3 participants with the most points for each age category, male and female, at the end of the series, will receive a series award. Points are awarded based on the table below. There will not be any ties. All times are based on gun times. Awards will be mailed out on December 1st.
