Stepping On Stigma 5k Run/Walk

 Healthy Communities of Clinton County presents Stepping on Stigma 5k

 In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, this annual 5K run/walk raises awareness for mental health in our community. This year will be our 8th time hosting this race! It is open to anyone who wants to end the silence surrounding mental health and spread the word that it's okay to not be okay. All donations and profits made will be donated to the Buck Up Foundation and other mental health organizations to give back to mental health awareness. In addition, T-shirts are available for purchase as you register, and you have the opportunity to donate directly to this cause. Not only will you get exercise at this event, but also enjoy the available vendors and prizes! 

 

New for 2026, we are offering a kids' run for any child 12 and under. Your child will need to be registered and will run to the end of the block and back. All kids will receive a medal at the end, and are welcome to walk with parents for the 5k if you wish.  The kids' race will start at 9:30 am on race day.
