Last year, over 200 runners, walkers, rollers, and strollers gathered at Seneca Park for our first annual Super Hear-O 5K & Family Fun Day and it was AMAZING! We're calling all superheroes to come back for a second year on Sunday, June 22 2025!

Join us again at Seneca Park for an incredible morning celebrating the RHSC heroes who work hard every day to make a difference in the lives of kids with special needs, and to help individuals of all ages throughout our community achieve Communication for Life! 

How can you be a Super Hear-O?

• Register for the 5K trail run, 5k road run, or the one-mile walk/roll/stroll;
• Invite family and friends to join you!
• Create a fundraiser and harness the power of your network to raise money for RHSC!

We're all stronger when we work together, and we need YOU to make this event a success!

Please note that kids under 12 may participate for free, but race t-shirt must be purchased at checkout if desired (youth sizes available).
